Martin joined Wyvern Partners in 2006 and leads our Private Equity expertise and our Management Advisory business. His experience covers the full range of deal sizes and every role in buyouts and their exits. Examples include advising management on the £565m tertiary buyout of SafetyKleen, and the management of Saga on their £1.35bn MBO. Martin also advised the private equity consortia that backed the secondary buyouts of Cory Environmental (£525m) and Travelodge (£675m).

Prior to joining Wyvern, Martin was head of Private Equity at Deloitte and UK head of Corporate Finance at Andersen. He is a chartered accountant and a graduate in Aeronautical Engineering from Manchester University.
